Culinary Operations Coordinator, Heritage at Sportsman's Park

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in bi-weekly pre-payroll preparation including timecard review and tips reconciliation
  • Partner with leadership to ensure accurate labor tracking
  • Maintain labor support records and submit to corporate payroll on time
  • Coordinate staff scheduling for culinary operations (both front of house and back of house)
  • Coordinate sharing of staff from other approved affiliate offices and/or non-profit organizations, as needed.
  • Ensure alignment with labor targets and business needs
  • Communicate schedule updates
  • Support POS (Toast) and inventory systems (Yellow Dog) implementation
  • Track project timelines and deliverables
  • Assist with training and documentation
  • Develop SOPs and process documentation
  • Generate reports to support recommendations escalated to higher management for approvals
  • Aid in audits and compliance tracking as requested

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Strong Excel and organizational / accuracy skills
