Key Responsibilities
- Aid in bi-weekly pre-payroll preparation including timecard review and tips reconciliation
- Partner with leadership to ensure accurate labor tracking
- Maintain labor support records and submit to corporate payroll on time
- Coordinate staff scheduling for culinary operations (both front of house and back of house)
- Coordinate sharing of staff from other approved affiliate offices and/or non-profit organizations, as needed.
- Ensure alignment with labor targets and business needs
- Communicate schedule updates
- Support POS (Toast) and inventory systems (Yellow Dog) implementation
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Assist with training and documentation
- Develop SOPs and process documentation
- Generate reports to support recommendations escalated to higher management for approvals
- Aid in audits and compliance tracking as requested
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Strong Excel and organizational / accuracy skills
