Job Overview

The Fountains at Hosanna is conveniently located in Lakeville adjacent to Hosanna Church. We are less than a mile from Highway I-35 and near County 77. The Fountains offers seniors 92 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments. The Fountains and their exceptional staff are known for creating a warm, friendly, fun community.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and meets resident’s specific dietary needs.
• Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.
• Follows proper work flow to stay on task.
• Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service.
• Safeguards all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) by washing, sanitizing, and putting away before end of shift.
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction:
• Welcome residents and initiate conversation.
• Accommodate resident requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc.
• Listen to any complaints and respond appropriately.
• Refers issues to Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year experience
• High School Diploma
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience

Pay

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Schedule

This position is responsible for dining room and to go meal service to residents. Every other weekend: Saturday 7-230pm and Sunday 7am-230pm
