Job Overview

The Sanctuary of St. Cloud is an affordable, friendly senior living community located near Highway 10 and County 23 in St. Cloud, MN. It hosts 101 Assisted Living and 36 Memory Care apartments where residents enjoy worry-free living in a warm and friendly community with services to meet their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Serves meals and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting.
• Follows meal serving schedule and procedures.
• Offers resident meal choices and meets resident’s specific dietary needs.
• Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques.
• Fulfills dining room cleaning schedule and procedures.
• Fulfills proper work flow to stay on task.
• Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service.
• Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift.
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction:
• Welcome residents and initiate conversation.
• Accommodates resident requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc.
• Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately.
• Refers issues to Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year experience
• High School Diploma

Compensation

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
