What You Will Do

  • Leverage experience in program control finance, accounting, and FP&A to meet all internal and external reporting requirements such as preparing EACs, monthly forecasts, Earned Value, and provide financial direction to the team
  • Consolidating financial projection inputs; providing analysis, documenting changes to the actuals & forecast, and reviewing with key team members
  • Partnering with various levels of organization, as well as across functions to include enterprise organizations which support the integration of financial impacts
  • Working in a highly changing environment including supporting, leading, and discussing presentations to management on a regular basis

Qualifications

  • You Must Have:
    • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field & a minimum 12 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field & a minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
    • P&L Ownership or Financial Planning experience, and direct supervisory experience guiding teams
    • Ideal professional experience will be related to financial analysis in a highly matrixed organization
    • Experience using MS office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Candidate must be US based and willing to support Eastern Time (ET), Central Time (CT) or Arizona Time (MT) as key team members are located across those time zones
    • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • You Prefer:
    • MBA
    • Excellence organizational, prioritization, and communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Experience in and comfortability with interfacing and conducting business with Senior Management and/or VP level personnel
    • Experience with competitive proposals & knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process
    • Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines; ability to multi-task
