About the role

The Effectors Operations portfolio within the OSCQ (Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality) function at Raytheon is looking for a Finance Leader to lead all aspects of financial management of Operations. This role focuses on financial leadership for a critical manufacturing portfolio, ensuring financial commitments are met while supporting record growth and volume increases.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis by maintaining high standards of data accuracy and applying industry best practices.
  • Drive accountability by encouraging functional ownership of results and motivating teams and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different teams and locations to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Analyze key organizational drivers, identify trends or deviations, and consolidate data into meaningful insights.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for regular leadership reviews and evaluations.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and mentoring for their professional growth.
  • Prepare and analyze data to support cost commitments, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals.
  • Partner with multiple functional leadership teams to ensure sound business decisions in program implementation and execution.
  • Manage all financials for a complex manufacturing portfolio, driving business financials while maintaining accountability across programs and functions.
  • Oversee financial forecasts, manpower, CER pools, and indirect expenses.
  • Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, the Finance Leadership Team, SCM/Ops, Engineering, and the PMO.
  • Partner on new and innovative cost strategies.
  • Develop and lead a team of multiple managers and direct reports.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Professional experience in a related finance role.
  • Experience presenting and conveying business acumen to stakeholders without a financial background or expertise.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Schedule

This is an onsite role. Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite and are essential to the development of our products. Commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
