Responsibilities
- Provides support for incident and request intake, documentation, and resolution.
- Performs problem analysis and installation and maintenance support.
- Participates in a support on-call rotation for off-hour work functions.
- Guides, mentors, and trains other DBAs.
Requirements
- Must have CTMS Administrator experience.
- Must have 3 years experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or Cache/Mumps.
- Must be functionally experienced in troubleshooting and tuning.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Windows Server settings and Unix (Linux) server settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience in Computer Science, Information Systems (Required)

- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members, managers & all departments.
- Prioritizes and responds promptly based on severity levels to needs of the customer.
