Responsibilities
- Provides support for incident and request intake, documentation, and resolution.
- Performs problem analysis and installation and maintenance support.
- Participates in a support on-call rotation to facilitate off-hour work functions.
- Guides, mentors, and trains other DBAs.
Requirements
- Must have CTMS Administrator experience.
- Must have 3 years experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or Cache/Mumps.
- Must be functionally experienced in troubleshooting and tuning.
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Windows Server settings and Unix (Linux) server settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience in Computer Science, Information Systems (Required).
Skills
- Communication skills to listen to, identify, and address customer needs.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with team members, managers, and all departments.
- Prioritization and prompt response to customer needs based on severity levels.
- Proactive or timely recognition and resolution of service recovery opportunities.
