Responsibilities

• Develop and implement curriculum aligned with district standards and objectives.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and support student success.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification in the state of Washington.
• Experience working with middle school students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
