Role: Provides diagnostic computed tomography (CT) imaging in a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating with radiologists and physicians to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Reviews patient history and orders, educates patients on procedures, and analyzes imaging results for quality concerns.Prepares and administers contrast media or medications within scope, monitors patient condition, and optimizes imaging parameters to balance image quality and radiation safety.Performs Point of Care Testing (POCT) and routine laboratory tests, maintaining quality control and analyzing results.Conducts EKGs, vital assessments, splinting, and other routine patient care tasks.Applies critical thinking and decisive judgment to work independently in a dynamic environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.Registered or registry-eligible with ARRT in radiologic technology and CT within 12 months.Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of employment.
