CT Technologist/Radiologic Technologist (Full-Time/Night Shift)

About the Role

This role involves performing imaging procedures such as CT scans and X-Rays with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate results and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment including X-Ray, CT, and PACS systems.
  • Assist healthcare staff and provide supportive patient care throughout procedures.
  • Perform imaging exams following established policies, notifying physicians of results.
  • Maintain documentation, logs, and records in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Collect laboratory samples and perform testing per regulations.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and conduct quality control and proficiency testing.
  • Perform routine maintenance and checks on imaging equipment.
  • Contribute to quality assessment activities and retain analytic records.
  • Support additional duties such as ER technician tasks and cross-site travel as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s in Radiology preferred.
  • Certification as a radiologic technologist and ARRT registration in radiography required; CT certification preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred; CT and ER experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency with imaging hardware/software and PACS systems.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
