About the role
Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The hospital aims to offer compassionate, high-quality care throughout the recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Explain the diagnostic procedure to the patient and create a comfortable environment.
- Use proper patient positioning and technical factors to produce quality diagnostic studies.
- Operate a CT scanner to generate cross-sectional images of the patient's anatomy.
- Administer contrast media as prescribed by the referring physician.
- Maintain vigilance for adverse drug events and promptly report them.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on equipment and address basic malfunctions.
- Perform clerical tasks as necessary, including answering phones.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and hold a current state license (if required).
- At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist (excluding training).
- Hold ARRT or CMRT certification.
- Have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Be up-to-date with continuing education in all relevant fields of licensure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and hold a current state license (if required).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist (excluding training).
- Hold ARRT or CMRT certification.
- Have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Be current with Continuing Education in all fields of licensure.
