CT Technologist FSED PRN
About the Role
The CT Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by a physician and for the day-to-day activities that ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate care for patient populations in the department.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan and possess the ability to assess data reflecting the patient's age-specific needs.
- Assess patients' and families' ability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout the CT procedure.
- Deliver compassionate, holistic care while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ARRT registered.
- CT Certification is strongly preferred or must be acquired within 6 months of employment.
- A minimum of 1 year of CT experience is strongly preferred but not required.

About the Facility
