Job Summary and Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date (ARRT-R)
• Radiography Associate Degree, or Certificate
• Registered Computed Tomography Technologist, or Computerized Tomography (CT)

Responsibilities

• Administer both oral and IV contrast
• Evaluate patients for any allergic reactions
• Place correct IV for the exam being performed
• Loading and operating MedRad power injector
• Operating and understanding CT scanning equipment
• Practicing ALARA standards
• Understanding physician protocols and scanning appropriately
• Assisting interventional radiologists with procedures
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Moving, lifting, and assisting patients on to and off the scanner table

Qualifications

• Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) is a full-service hospital with 318+ patient beds.
• We serve southeast Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of Montana.
• We have the region’s only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for critically ill children.

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.19 - $50.67 / hour
