About the role

This is a full-time, nights opportunity on the Float Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. The Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist provides critical imaging support across multiple Baptist Health campuses, working at up to three locations based on staffing and departmental needs. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and collaboration with diverse teams and patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Provide imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs.
• Promote goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients.
• Maintain compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies.
• Adapt to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of CT experience.
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.
