Baptist Health is looking to add a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville! This is a Full-Time opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health locations throughout the Jacksonville market. The Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be part of Baptist Health’s dynamic Float Team, providing critical imaging support across the system. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient populations. Candidates must be comfortable working at up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing and departmental needs.

This Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist opportunity will support Baptist Health locations throughout the Jacksonville market.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs.
• Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients.
• Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies.
• Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of CT experience required
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan department
• Hospital-based imaging experience
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses

Benefits

• Market Bonus: An additional $150 biweekly bonus for each pay period in which the full-time threshold of 36 hours per week is met.
• Sign-On Bonus: A $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists who initially accept a PEAK assignment.
