CT Technologist
About the Role

In this role, you will perform CT scans with a focus on customer service and image quality, while providing age-appropriate care for all patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT exams following established protocols in a timely manner.
- Prepare procedure trays, start IVs for contrast administration, and utilize the power injector.
- Gather patient history, signs, and symptoms to provide radiologists with necessary clinical context.
- Coordinate patient flow, manage documentation in PACS and Meditech, and maintain the clinical environment through daily cleaning and stocking.
- Communicate with physicians and family members, answer patient questions, and ensure exams are completed according to ALARA principles and hospital protocols.
- Support department quality (QI) and performance improvement (PI) initiatives while adhering to ICARE values.
- Comply with quarterly targeted metrics and maintain all required licenses and accreditations.
- Contribute to the department's after-hour coverage through a collaborative on-call shift rotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the diagnostic imaging team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Current ARRT certification with advanced registry, or registry eligible with advanced CT certification within 1 year of hire or within 6 months of eligibility.
- 1 year post-graduate experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.

Competitive compensation with a 401(k) Plan including a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay, based on years of service.
Schedule
Full-time night shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM.
