About the role
Performs computerized tomographic (CT) radiographs following established protocols, verifying patient identity and procedure details, and educating patients about the process.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and executes various CT scans
- Assists physicians during special procedures
- Maintains documentation and patient follow-up
- Ensures safety and quality standards
- Manages department supplies and equipment upkeep
Requirements
- ARRT certification
- New Mexico CT License or Provisional License
- Current BLS certification
Professional Development
Encouraged to pursue CT registry certification within 2 years, with support for continuing education and departmental meetings.
Schedule
Full-time position with 12-hour day shifts.
