CT Technologist

About the role

Performs computerized tomographic (CT) radiographs following established protocols, verifying patient identity and procedure details, and educating patients about the process.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and executes various CT scans
  • Assists physicians during special procedures
  • Maintains documentation and patient follow-up
  • Ensures safety and quality standards
  • Manages department supplies and equipment upkeep

Requirements

  • ARRT certification
  • New Mexico CT License or Provisional License
  • Current BLS certification

Professional Development

Encouraged to pursue CT registry certification within 2 years, with support for continuing education and departmental meetings.

Schedule

Full-time position with 12-hour day shifts.
