About the role
Provide diagnostic C.T. scans for interpretation by radiologists and performing physicians during interventional and special procedures (biopsy, ablation, myelography, arthrography, and similar). Assist radiologists in performing special C.T. procedures and deliver patient care essential to all procedures. Be available for on-call shifts as needed. Apply principles of radiation safety, organize the daily schedule, and serve as a dedicated resource to the CT team on shift.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program
- State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice
- 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of a Bachelor's degree program
- A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment
