Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees, and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the CT department, providing leadership to CT technologists, ensuring high-quality imaging services, and maintaining a focus on patient care and safety.
- Manage staff.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Coordinate workflows.
- Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program with specialized training in CT.
- 2+ years’ experience as a CT Technologist.
- Certified Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
