CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer

About the role

Responsible for providing field service support for CT/MRI/PET-CT equipment. Duties include installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CT/MRI/PET-CT equipment in healthcare facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on imaging equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
• Document all work performed and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical imaging equipment installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of CT/MRI/PET-CT technology and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
