About the role
Provide field service support for CT/MRI/PET-CT equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in training new staff.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CT/MRI/PET-CT equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Aid in training new field service engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CT/MRI/PET-CT technology
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
