About the role

The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client needs, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about insurance policies
  • Close sales through persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  • Manage customer files and ensure accurate record-keeping

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
