CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client inquiries, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and manage their insurance needs
• Handle existing client inquiries and provide solutions
• Closely work with underwriters to secure policies
• Manage client files and ensure accurate record keeping
• Attend meetings and seminars to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications
