About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client inquiries, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients through various channels
  • Handling client inquiries and providing detailed information about insurance products
  • Closing sales by demonstrating product benefits and addressing client concerns
  • Maintaining strong relationships with current clients to ensure long-term business

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
