CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to promote insurance products and services. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, handling existing client inquiries, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new clients through various channels
• Handling client inquiries and providing detailed information about insurance products
• Closing sales by demonstrating product benefits and addressing client concerns
• Maintaining strong relationships with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (optional)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field visits, if applicable)
