As a CSR-In Office Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing insurance claims, and providing exceptional service to clients.Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone calls and emails
- Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their policies
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally
- Ensure all claims are filed in compliance with insurance regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
