What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets by name and make them feel at home
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk
- Communicate clearly with clients about services, care, and next steps
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and process payments
- Keep records accurate and organized
- Jump in to help the team and keep the day moving
- Recognize urgent situations and alert medical staff
