Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with queries
- Offering financial loans
- Servicing loans
- Taking loan applications
- Processing payments
- Collecting payments in person, over the phone, and via written communication
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction by phone and in person
- Using computerized systems to access customer details
- Promoting financial products and services
- Handling customer complaints or referring them to a supervisor
Requirements
- Expert communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude, even when faced with criticism or frustration
- The ability to learn quickly and move on from both success and failure
- To provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
- To partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
- To listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer experience and aptitude
- Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure
- A commitment to continual education about the company, products, and services

Benefits
- Hourly salary range: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
- Additional bonus opportunities every month ranging from $485 - $1110 depending on bonuses made and current hourly wage
