Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with queries
- Offering financial loans
- Servicing loans
- Taking loan applications
- Processing payments
- Collecting in person, over the phone, and via written communication
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction
- Accessing customer details using computerized systems
- Promoting financial products and services
- Handling customer complaints or referring them to a supervisor
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer experience and aptitude
- Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services

Benefits
- Salary Range: $14.00-$16.00 per hour with additional bonus opportunities
- Bonuses range from $485 - $1110 depending on what bonus is made and current hourly wage
