Responsibilities
- Checking patients in and out of the hospital
- Handling client invoices and payments
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Client education
- Relaying communications between doctors and clients
- Scheduling appointments for exams and various procedures
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Calm, confident, and focused under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Prior receptionist and/or customer service experience
- Prior veterinary experience preferred
Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Relief for other receptionists on an as-needed basis

Pay
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
Schedule
Regular weekly scheduled hours will range between 36-40 hours.
