Job Description
Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner in person and by phone.
Address client inquiries and requests in a timely and consistent manner.
Effectively schedule appointments within parameters established by the hospital leadership team.
Record thorough and accurate information in client records, patient medical records, communication requests to medical staff, and appointment notes.
Receive and effectively process client requests for prescription medications, foods, and medical documentation.
Accurately process financial transactions through both the practice management software program and credit card systems.
Reconcile financial information as required throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Good Communication Skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to lift 35 - 40 pounds.
- Be friendly and ambitious.
- Flexibility with schedule and morning hours are a plus.
- Previous experience in veterinary or customer service a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
