Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with queries
- Offering financial loans
- Servicing loans
- Taking loan applications
- Processing payments
- Collecting in person, over the phone, and via written communication
- Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction
- Using computerized systems to access customer details
- Promoting financial products and services
- Handling customer complaints or referring them to a supervisor
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer experience and aptitude
- Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think under pressure
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products, and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously
- To provide appropriate and correct information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
- To provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
- To partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
- To listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
Benefits
Salary Range: $14.00-$16.00 per hour with additional bonus opportunities every month ranging from $485 - $1110 depending on what bonus is made and current hourly wage.
