CSA Lead, Capacity Delivery

About the role

The Capacity Delivery Team at Fluidstack is responsible for engineering gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. This role involves owning civil, structural, and architectural engineering across the build portfolio, setting the CSA reference design, resolving field CSA issues, managing CSA consultants, and ensuring decisions hold up.

Responsibilities

• Led CSA engineering on large industrial builds
• Owned foundation and structural steel packages at data center or industrial scale
• Direct field decisions that get made in hours and survive later review
• Direct consultants rather than defer to them
• Bonus: Possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience with data center or semiconductor shells
• Experience with modular steel structures
• Geotechnical interface work

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have led CSA engineering on large industrial builds, owned foundation and structural steel packages at data center or industrial scale, directed field decisions that get made in hours and survive later review, and directed consultants rather than defer to them. A bonus would be having a PE license, experience with data center or semiconductor shells, and experience with modular steel structures and geotechnical interface work.
