About the role
The CSA Lead is responsible for leading the coordination and execution of contracts with third-party data center facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with third-party data center facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Manage relationships with data center providers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Support the development and implementation of data center strategies aligned with SB Energy’s goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, project management, or related field.
- Experience with contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of data center technologies and industry standards.
- Understanding of power and cooling systems.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
