CSA Lead

About the role

The CSA Lead is responsible for leading the coordination and execution of contracts with third-party data center facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with third-party data center facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Manage relationships with data center providers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Support the development and implementation of data center strategies aligned with SB Energy’s goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, project management, or related field.
• Experience with contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data center technologies and industry standards.
• Understanding of power and cooling systems.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
