CS&I US Business Development Manager

About the role

The CS&I Business Development Manager supports all sales efforts related to CS&I (Customer Solutions & Innovation) business for their respective regions. They assess the Regional TAM, develop a Regional Sales plan aligned with corporate strategy, and execute the plan.

Responsibilities

• Proliferate & implement the CS&I product-selling strategies
• Sell all of Axcelis’ CS&I products in an assigned territory, industry segment, or accounts and meet revenue targets
• Communicate the integration of the product mix to maximize customer value & revenue potential
• Provide accurate forecast visibility and address deviations affecting current and future performance
• Develop and deploy account and territory plans, complete call plans, drive CS&I product selling action items, and act as a customer advocate
• Identify customer solution opportunities across all Axcelis CS&I products
• Collaborate with Customer Satisfaction and Account Management to collect data and resolve high-level problems
• Provide quantitative reports that align activities with revenue targets and the status of CS&I product offerings
• Attend Global “CS&I Support” meetings to ensure alignment between sales activities and Axcelis Material Planning
• Address customer requirements and find solutions for non-standard service products
• Manage customer escalations related to CS&I product sales
• Develop a “voice of the customer” system and implement regional feedback into the CS&I product line organization

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from college or university and 5+ years related experience
• Technical degree preferred
• Valid passport and driving license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software

Benefits

Base salary range: $92,050.00 - $187,312.20

Eligibility in the Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan and comprehensive benefits package (for regular employees working 20+ hours a week).
