Crypto Ecosystem Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Ability to read Web3/DeFi market conditions and translate that into a value of BSOS.
• Define the strategy, identifying opportunities and trends, finding, negotiating, and closing the most valuable and strong partnerships related to Web3 projects.
• Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with key targeted partners of BSOS.
• Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
• The role will be worldwide, you will attend several web3 related events as well as travel to meet partners across the globe.

Requirements

• Passion towards Web3/DeFi industry.
• Understand industry best practices and trends within the Web3/DeFi industry.
• Motivated and ambitious.
• Able to create deep relationships with potential partners.
• Proven ability towards constructive networking.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Madarian is a plus
