Crypto Product Manager - Dragonfly Portfolio

About the role

This role is not an internal position at Dragonfly. It is designed to connect you directly with one or more of our portfolio companies that are actively hiring for Technical Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Driving Product Strategy: Leading the development and execution of product roadmaps for L1/L2 blockchain solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Collaborating with Engineering Teams: Working closely with developers to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient blockchain infrastructure.
• Engaging with the Community: Interacting with developers, users, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize features that enhance the ecosystem.
• Monitoring Industry Trends: Staying abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, DeFi, and related fields to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 1 year in the crypto, DeFi, or blockchain space, focusing on L1/L2 blockchain or DeFi protocols.
• Previous experience as a software engineer is a plus.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
• Familiarity with the Cosmos SDK and ecosystem tools is advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive product strategy from ideation to execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
