About the role
BASIS Baton Rouge Materra is seeking a Part-Time Cross Country Coach.
Responsibilities
- Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of cross country
- Create and implement drills to help build foundational skills
- Coach students through best practices in sportsmanship
- Attend all meets and practices
Requirements
- HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred
- Previous coaching experience
- Experience working with young athletes
- Ability to demonstrate cross country skills effectively
- Experience in cross country at a competitive level
Qualifications
- Collegiate student-athlete experience
