- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- No on-call or weekend shifts
About the Role
The CRNP will provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan in a busy, team-based outpatient practice. This role requires strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and care management skills, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based treatment planning.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program is required.
- BSN or MSN is preferred.
- Professional nursing experience and/or nurse practitioner experience is preferred.
- Current state RN license and CRNP certification are required.
- National certification, eligible for licensure by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, and eligible for certification as a CRNP by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Act 33, Act 73, and Act 34 clearances will be required.
Senior Level Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience or completion of a post-graduate residency.
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or graduation from a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
- BSN or MSN preferred for CRNP; BS or MS preferred for PA.
- Completion of national certification.
- Must achieve a Solid/Strong/Good performance rating or higher on annual performance evaluation for consideration and to maintain status annually.
- Completion of an OAPP-approved professional contribution within one year of hire or promotion into the position; must have department chair approval for promotion.
- ACLS, ITLS, NALS, PALS, or other certifications listed must meet AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
- For outpatient or non-inpatient settings, APPs may use one of the above certifications or a business unit-approved certification relevant to the practice setting.
