CRNA Program Recruitment and Compliance Specialist
Position Summary
The CRNA Program Recruitment and Compliance Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the CRNA program by effectively managing the recruitment, enrollment and compliance processes from initial inquiries to successful matriculation of graduate registered nurses. The role encompasses building clinical partnerships, marketing and social media engagement, credentialing and compliance for all external and internal agencies as well as facilitating student clinical rotation schedules and monitoring program compliance with accreditation standards. This dynamic position works closely with CRNA program administration to collect, monitor, analyze and synthesize data for program outcomes.

Job Duties
- Independently reviews and evaluates admission documents, specifically transcripts and degree certificates to determine if an applicant’s educational background has met the admission criteria for the program. Provides timely articulations.
- Researches compliance concerns (student certifications and licensures) and reports findings to the CRNA Program Director for strategic program planning.
- Collaborates with University departments to facilitate timely and effective communication with students (Admissions office, financial aid, student health).
- Manages and tracks student records in program software.
- Schedules tours for prospective students and assists with onboarding students to UIW policies and procedures.
- Schedules, manages and attends marketing events and exhibits to promote program initiatives and student recruitment.
- Maintains the prospective student databases for accreditation standards.
- Distributes surveys, and collects/maintains data for program outcomes and assessments.
- Communicates with alumni base to market program events and attendance.
- Travels to represent UIW CRNA program at local, state and national recruitment fairs and conferences.
- Updates the webpages and all branding and marketing materials for the CRNA program.
- Creates educational marketing publications, newsletters and social media announcements to provide current program events and trends.
- Conducts live and web-mediated information sessions for student recruitment.
- Reviews and maintains background checks, immunizations, student medical insurance documents and waivers.
- Participates in faculty, staff and clinical team meetings.
- Maintains all clinical rotation schedules and student portraits by cohort for the program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Teams.

- Ability to manage sensitive student communications.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in interprofessional team environment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills in live and web-mediated sessions.
- Knowledge of CRNA scope of practice and national accreditation standards for nursing and nurse anesthesiology.
- Experience troubleshooting data management hiccups.
- Experience working in an academic setting.
- Ability to receive and provide feedback related to program outcomes.
- Experience with posting responsibly on social media platforms and updating websites for the program to meet accreditation requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare/Education or relevant field.
Required Work Experience
Two (2) years of professional office and/or managerial experience in a complex office environment.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs for table set-up/tear-down at events, as well as carry office supplies.
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat to retrieve office/events materials.
- Ability to push/pull event carts holding up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to actively engage in events for extended periods of time.
- Ability to regularly move about campus and event venues to actively engage faculty, staff, and potential/current residents, as well as attend meetings on and off campus.
- Ability to navigate airports with recruitment materials.
