Position Overview
Role: Lead nurse anesthetist providing anesthesia services under an anesthesiologist for various surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic surgeries and cardiac catheterizations.
Responsibilities
- Cookbook anesthesia care
- Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students
- Act as a clinical resource
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program with two years of related experience
- Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association
