Qualifications
Two years experience as CRNA including epidurals.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Department of Regulatory Agencies or Kansas Licensure)
Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists; recertification every two years
Required BLS certification at time of hire
Required ACLS certification upon hire or within 6 months of hire.

Years of Experience 0-3: $214,314 plus $20K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive
Years of Experience 3-10: $230,357 plus $20K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive
Years of Experience >10: $230,357 plus $20K Bonus, and $5K Quality Incentive
