CRNA - Day Shift

We are seeking a CRNA to join a dynamic anesthesiology group, within a medically supervised practice that promotes CRNA autonomy; Level II trauma center; Opportunity for in-house locums.

Responsibilities

• Practices current principles and practices of anesthesiology.
• Maintains effective work relationship with anesthesiologist (supervisor).
• Communicates and cooperates to adequately staff the anesthesia department.
• Provides sound practices and safe therapeutic care.
• Promotes safe working conditions for patient and self.
• Demonstrates initiative for self development.
• Accepts responsibility of tasks not delineated in job description.

Skills

• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards.
• Skill in taking medical history to assess medical conditions and interpret findings.

Requirements

• Certificate as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia.
• Current Missouri Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license.
• Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days.
• Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 120 days.

Pay

• Competitive Salary $80,000
• Sign-on bonus/education stipend

Schedule

• Day shift
• Opportunity to practice a wide variety of anesthetics and procedures including spinal, regional techniques, arterial lines, and central lines
• Cases include general, ortho, ENT, GU, OB/GYN, podiatry, robotics, GI and healthy PEDs
• Appealing day shift schedule – can be very flexible with how you would like to arrange a schedule
