About the role

The CRM & Loyalty Marketing Specialist will support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering targeted communications across email, direct mail, and digital channels while partnering with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to execute high-impact marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital channels to drive customer engagement and maximize return on investment.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop annual marketing plans, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage promotional campaigns from concept through execution, including communication strategy, creative development, production timelines, approvals, and budgets.
  • Cook up with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver relevant, personalized customer communications.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct testing using control and test groups to optimize results and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Communicate campaign status, results, and recommendations to stakeholders while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Ensure all marketing communications maintain brand consistency and align with broader organizational objectives.
  • Incorporate competitive insights, customer behavior trends, and industry best practices into marketing planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience executing direct marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with experience managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience developing and executing customer loyalty, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret test results, and apply insights to future programs.
  • Experience working with external agencies, print vendors, email service providers, and other marketing partners.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, communications, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with campaign management platforms such as Unica or similar marketing automation and campaign management tools preferred.
  • Experience in the airline, travel, hospitality, or loyalty marketing space is a plus.
