CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to manage customer communications across multiple hospitality brands. Key Responsibilities Include Managing daily CRM and ESP operations, including campaign production, audience segmentation, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting.Executing end-to-end campaigns via email, SMS, and other channels, ensuring personalization, tracking, and audience targeting.Maintaining campaign calendars, templates, and CRM resources, while identifying process improvements.Supporting development and implementation of CRM strategies, leveraging platforms like Adobe Journey Optimizer and Analytics.Analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, and providing actionable insights.Collaborating with marketing, design, and operational teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and audience targeting.Onboarding new properties, brands, and audiences into the CRM ecosystem. Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.2-4+ years experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing automation.Hands-on campaign management experience with ESPs and automation platforms.Strong understanding of email fundamentals, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign measurement.Basic HTML/CSS skills and ability to work with customer data and performance metrics.Excellent organizational, communication, and independent problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications: experience in hospitality or travel sectors; familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions; knowledge of emerging CRM channels like SMS; and experience supporting multiple brands or properties.
