Overview

The UFW Foundation is seeking a consulting partner to implement a unified system that will empower us to manage our programs effectively, customize workflows to our unique needs, and operate with greater agility. This solution will be built upon a foundational CRM to ensure seamless program and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a customized CRM solution tailored to the UFW Foundation's specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and workflows.
• Ensure the new system integrates seamlessly with existing tools and processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on using the new CRM system.
• Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in CRM implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
