CRM Implementation Specialist

About the role

Our client is looking for an implementation specialist day to day Lead end-to-end CRM implementations for nonprofit organizations adopting the Keela platform.

Contract position based out of Charleston, SC. 100% Remote. Workplace type: hybrid in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand fundraising processes, donor management needs, reporting requirements, and operational goals.
• Configure constituent records, donation management workflows, fundraising campaigns, segmentation, automation, and reporting functionality.
• Support data migration efforts from legacy CRM, donor management, or fundraising systems.
• Train nonprofit staff, development teams, and administrators on Keela best practices.
• Provide consultative recommendations around donor stewardship, fundraising operations, and CRM adoption.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document implementation processes and client requirements to support long-term customer success.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
