R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Boston and surrounding areas in Massachusetts. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
