About the role

You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees
• Work independently with flexible scheduling
• Report through a simple mobile app
• Receive supplemental income

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Complete R3C's crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
