Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - MS - 100

About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Grenada and surrounding areas in Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training if not independently licensed in the State of Mississippi.
• Independently licensed in the State of Mississippi (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training if not independently licensed in the State of Mississippi.
